South Craven School - Shooting Ground Rules
At the committee meeting dated 9 May 2006 it was agreed that in the interest of safety and with the number of new and inexperienced archers that are likely to be participating that a good example should be set at all times.

Therefore in addition to GNAS and other club rules the following must also be adhered to when shooting on the South Craven School grounds.

A field captain must be appointed at all times. This person appointed must be an experienced archer.
Archers must only use the ground when accompanied by an experienced archer.
A fixed boss may be set up on the grounds. If this is in use and other members arrive to shoot then use of the fixed boss shall cease immediately and the field will be set-up using bosses from the container. People can then continue on the non-fixed bosses.
The shooting ground must be set up as per the following diagram
